The fall season has just begun and food just doesn't seem to be as fresh and fun, right? Well, don't fret - using fresh herbs or having a side salad will add some pizzazz to those otherwise boring meals.
During this time of year we typically begin eating more comfort foods such as soup, stews, and casseroles. Adding fresh parsley or even fresh cilantro to your favorite chicken soup recipe will jazz things up. Or, making a simple arugula salad with tomatoes and a honey-mustard vinaigrette will be a light compliment to your delicious stew or casserole.
