The addition of DLGs to sandwiches, soups, stews, sauces, dips, stir-fries, sautés, smoothies, omelets, frittatas, and beyond will enhance your meal with freshness as well as provide a huge boost of nutrition. DLGs are nutrient powerhouses rich in vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. Also, add a little pizzazz to your DLGs with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper or even a little turmeric and cumin. Enjoy!
