P.S. Scrumptious! Catering was established in 2005 by Patricia Sandoval and her daughter, Stacie, with a passion for creating delicious food and delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Patricia has been cooking for several decades, inspired by her Louisiana-born mother, whose love of food and treasured recipes sparked a lifelong culinary journey. Patricia’s curiosity for diverse cuisines and new cooking techniques has allowed her to develop a broad and flavorful repertoire.

 

As part of this rich culinary lineage, Stacie grew up enjoying her grandmother’s cooking and spent countless years learning in the kitchen alongside her mother. Those experiences shaped her appreciation for great food and hospitality.

 

P.S. Scrumptious! Catering is a licensed and insured, full-service catering company specializing in events for groups of 50–200 guests. We also offer cooking classes and participate in local community events.
