Spinach is such a delicious, nutritious, and versatile leafy green. Full of vitamins C, B6, folate, calcium, iron, and of course protein and fiber, spinach definitely lives up to its title, "superfood". Spinach is tasty on its own, but even better when drizzled with a freshly-made vinaigrette, in a soup, or in a taco! Enjoy the awesomeness of spinach!
