It's almost apple time!

As we begin to transition from Summer to Fall, I keep tending to my lovely hybrid Fuji and Golden Delicious apple tree. It's amazing to see the the tree go through all of its glorious phases - to now when the tree is full of delightful apples! In about one month I will plan to harvest the apples and will distribute many of them to neighbors, family, and friends. In the meantime, I'm planning some scrumptious recipes - apple cobbler, apple sauce, and sliced apples for salads, dips, and more!
